How it Works

We started Acorn & Kit after being frustrated with the quality kids' clothing resale options in our area.  Here's how we're making it easier for parents to sell their kids' clothes:

We Pick Up 

We'll come to you!  Arrange a pickup date with us, set out a bin on your front porch and we'll pick it up.  We currently travel to Oakmont, Fox Chapel, and Aspinwall.

What Happens Next

We carefully review clothes we bring in and check for quality, wear, and stains.  Acorn & Kit aims for the nicer brands we know and trust:  BabyGap, Crewcuts, Hanna Andersson, Mini Boden, etc., but we love eye catching boutique items and exceptionally cute items from other brands as well.  

Keep an eye out for a thank you email with a store discount!

Anything that doesn't sell is donated to one of our charity partners.  We make sure that every item we donate to an organization supporting families in need is clean and in good condition at a minimum.
