Refund policy

• We stand behind the quality of our previously loved kids clothes. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us for a full refund and include your order number. We will respond within two business days.  
• Items must be dropped off to the local pick up site within 14 days of receiving the item.
• All retuned items are subject to a $2.99 restocking fee.
• To qualify for a refund, all items must be in the same condition in which they were received. 
• Items new with tags must have original tags attached. 
• Please allow 5 - 7 business days for refund to process. 
• Final sale items are non refundable.
